The whole day participants talked about food and eating. The main speaker was Prof. M. Kokoszko. He introduced us to the relationship between food, health and disease, the concept of man's philosophy of medicine, development of ancient and Byzantine diets. 








Recepies from Antiquity, thanks to Prof. Kokoszko

He also demonstrated how to prepare meals according to Byzantine recepies. All appreciated the quality of food and find his/her favorite dish from the Byzantine cuisine.
